Can I cancel my order?

The order can be canceled if the order amount does not exceed 2000 euro and the products are not shipped.

Can you cancel my order?

Delivery is not possible or costs excessively more than calculated. It may happen that the delivery is much more expensive than expected, due to external circumstances: sharp inflation, sudden increase in rates for re-shipments, force majeure. We reserve the right to cancel the order in this case, although we will also do our best to find another solution.

How soon will I get a refund?

The refund is made within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.

Can I cancel it after sending it?

No, this is unfortunately not possible. Once you receive the tracking number and the item is shipped, canceling the order will no longer be possible.

What is the product warranty?

The product warranty is 5 years.
